About ICEEPS 2024

2024 3rd International Conference on Energy and Electrical Power Systems

In the contemporary world, the global energy industry is facing unprecedented challenges. On one hand, accelerating the transition to clean and renewable energy sources is considered one of the most effective approaches to mitigate energy and environmental pollution. On the other hand, there are high expectations for technologies such as new energy generation, artificial intelligence, power electronic equipment, and other advancements in power systems, as they possess immense potential to enhance sustainable energy efficiency.

The 3rd International Conference on Energy and Electrical Power Systems (ICEEPS 2024) in 2024 will be themed "Creating More Flexible and Intelligent Energy and Power Systems." The conference will focus on a wide range of innovative technologies and their practical applications, with particular emphasis on the topics of "flexible interconnection" and "artificial intelligence." In addition to the conference report, ICEEPS2024 will feature three parallel sub-forums that delve into specific areas of interest: New Power System Asynchronous Partition and Flexible Interconnection Technologies, Digitalization and Intelligence of New Power System Services, and AI-powered Teaching Forum on Energy in the New Era. We welcome researchers, engineers, scholars, and professionals in the field to join us in sharing their valuable insights. Together, we can foster academic exchanges, drive industrial development, cultivate talent, and shape an energy and power ecosystem that is green, low-carbon, highly efficient, and cost-effective.

The ICEEPS 2024 is scheduled to take place in Guangzhou, China from July 14th to 16th, 2024. The conference is proudly sponsored by the South China University of Technology and organized by the Guangdong AiScholar Institute of Academic Exchange and the AEIC Academic Exchange Center. Additionally, it is co-organized by the IEEE PES Smart Buildings, Loads & Customer Systems Satellite Committee - China, IEEE PES Technical Committee Power System Operation, Planning & Economics Committee - China Satellite Committee, Power System Operation & Planning Emerging Technologies Sub-committee, University of Macau, Shenzhen University, Guangxi University, Sun Yat-sen University, Editorial Department of Southern Power System Technology and Editorial Department of Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. During the conference, there will be prestigious awards such as Best Paper Award and Best Oral Presentation Award. Furthermore, all conference papers presented at ICEEPS 2024 will be published on the IEEE Xplore website and indexed by EI. Notably, outstanding quality papers will be recommended for publication in esteemed journals such as Southern Power System Technology, Journal of Guangdong University of Technology, Sustainable Energy Technologies and Assessments and Electronics. We cordially invite experts and scholars to actively participate in this significant event by contributing their valuable research and insights to the academic community.

● All papers, both invited and contributed, the accepted papers, will be published and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages. 

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
